Christopher Hunt

Founder • Managing Partner

Prior to forming Hunt Equity, Christopher served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions with Falcon Global Acquisitions, a private holding company, where he worked in asset acquisition analysis and capital raising.

During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Chris was based in New York and focused upon private banking. In this role, he managed client relationships and performed credit analysis for real estate lending transactions, as well as servicing hedge fund managers in the ultra-high net worth New York Financial Leaders Group.

​He began his career in institutional sales at a boutique investment bank raising funds for in-house transactions and went on to further hone his investment analysis skill set while passing the Chartered Financial Analyst (Level One & Two) exams, as well as the Chartered Alternate Investment Analyst program.

​Chris is a Boston area native and received All-American football honors while at Trinity College where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, focused in regression analysis and international finance. ​

Andrew H. Lampert


Andrew Lampert brings over 25 years of broad business, corporate and capital markets expertise across finance, U.S. Treasury markets, alternative investments, and highly regulated industries.  With credentials spanning capital raising, investment management, corporate development, finance, business analysis and strategy, he possesses a global network of relationships. Client engagements and projects have reached across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North and South America.

Mr. Lampert’s career highlights include establishing his advisory firm, Lampert & Associates, and executing financings for companies in emerging markets.  He also led global sales for Harris Trust’s Primary Dealership and held a Managing Director role at Nesbitt Burns, both entities of the Bank of Montreal Group.    His entrance to the financial markets began with First National Bank of Chicago focused upon credit analysis, public finance and capital markets products. Mr. Lampert’s expertise has included projects in mobile financial banking and payments services, distressed credit, real estate, alternative energy, manufacturing, hospitality, and agriculture processing.

Mr. Lampert is formerly FINRA licensed Series 3, 7, 24 and 63.  He holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics & Sociology from Northwestern University.

Alejandro Guardiola


Alejandro Guardiola is a Managing Partner with Cavendish Capital Markets, an investment firm part of Cavendish Global. The group focuses on impact investing, known as ESG (economic, social, government), and brings non-for-profit and for-profit investors together with the best and brightest private market impact investment opportunities in the health, wellness, Life Sciences and cannabis sectors.

Alejandro is part of the Badger & Swank Network, which includes an established Venture Capital Fund and a growth accelerator focused on the ancillary (non-plant touching tech) part of the cannabis industry. The team has made 9 such investments thus far.

Alejandro has 12 years in investment management experience. Recently, he has made investments in both early stage tech and cannabis technology deals. Alejandro has traded equities extensively, bought and sold real estate, advised on dozens of investment transactions, and has mentored and angel invested into startups in several North American tech hubs.

From 2015-2018, Alejandro was a partner at Seedchange, a FINRA registered Broker Dealer in San Francisco. There the team syndicated early stage technology deals in the Seed and Series A Funding rounds.

Before moving to San Francisco, Alejandro started at UBS International’s Wealth Management division in 2006. He spent over seven years at UBS International serving as Portfolio Manager with responsibility for discretionary equity and derivative portfolios, as well as Sales Manager working with high net worth families across Latin America.

Alejandro received a BS in Economics and Finance from Flagler College and an M.S. in Finance from Florida International University. He also is a CFA Charter-holder, becoming one of the youngest kids to obtain the designation in the history of UBS. He holds the CAIA designation as well as the CMT for technical analysis. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. Alejandro is an avid chess player, a crypto investor and a triathlete in his free time.
